Photo of the flavor: hot chocolate cupcake topped with mini marshmallows and cocoa powder. This cupcake really tasted like hot chocolate mix, I think there must have been some in either the frosting or batter. It did not have the typical chocolate flavor. Also the whipped icing is perfect on top, just like when you are drinking a good cup of hot chocolate.
